The North Face outdoor jackets generally fit true to size, with a technical cut designed to work over a base layer and a light mid-layer. We recommend choosing the same size you usually wear in outdoor or performance jackets.

If you prefer a looser, more relaxed fit or plan to wear thicker insulated layers underneath, you may feel more comfortable going up one size. Articulated sleeves and an ergonomic pattern are designed to give you full freedom of movement without excess bulk.
