On Cloud shoes generally fit true to size. We recommend choosing the same size you usually wear in your everyday trainers.

They’re designed to feel snug and secure around the midfoot and heel, with enough room in the toe box for natural movement. If you’re between sizes or prefer a slightly roomier fit (for thicker socks or all-day wear), you may feel more comfortable going half a size up.

We want you to feel completely confident when you order from us. Every pair is checked with care before it leaves our warehouse – but if something isn’t right, we’re here to fix it.

You have 30 days from the day you receive your UGGs to try them on at home and decide. If you’re not 100% happy, you can return them as long as they’re unworn and in their original box, and we’ll process your refund quickly to your original payment method.
